Kokhba Law provides general counsel and litigation services to a select group of clientele thereby ensuring that each client receives personalized, passionate and strategic legal counsel from an experienced attorney who is exclusively focused on advancing the client's interests. Unlike most firms, Kokhba Law does not delegate legal work to junior associates nor have billable hour constraints. True to its mission, Kokhba Law seeks to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. As outside general counsel, Kokhba Law can serve as de facto in-house counsel or support for existing legal departments.

BUSINESS & Employment law
As outside general counsel, clients may receive strategic legal counsel in all aspects of their business and employment practices including but not limited to formation, organization, business transactions, contracts, real estate transactions, employment and contractor relations, investor relations, regulatory compliance, and day to day operations. Preventive legal medicine may also be applied on a case by case basis utilizing targeted review of practices and documents and compliance audits.
Litigation
If litigation is required, we are adept at handling it, including "bet the company" conflicts. We understand the sensitivities and complexities of such circumstances and handle each case with personalized care and attention. Our offerings include prosecution or defense of claims involving contracts, business torts, fraud, defamation, employment, securities, intellectual property, and constitutional rights.
Art & Entertainment
The art and entertainment industries pose particular risks to its market players. We help our clients navigate legal waves - including creatives, agents, gallerists and collectors.

Bio
Prior to founding his own law practice, Daniel S. Kokhba was a Name Partner at Kantor, Davidoff, Mandelker, Twomey, Gallanty & Kokhba, P.C.. He is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell - the highest possible rating in legal ability and ethical standards
Mr. Kokhba has represented clients in a range of industries including real estate, finance, venture capital, healthcare, not for profit, staffing, logistics, art, film, media, technology, and sports. He has successfully litigated a variety of claims including breach of contract, fraud, business torts, employment, fiduciary duty, undue influence, intellectual property, defamation and constitutional civil rights violations. Mr. Kokhba has handled matters from inception through trial and beyond, and is also retained by other lawyers as (i) trial counsel and/or (ii) local counsel.
Since 2004, Mr. Kokhba has litigated high profile cases in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, as well as domestic and international arbitrations, including but not limited to, against Rutgers University, Draftkings, art shipper Day & Meyer, the Hartford Fire Insurance Co., Croatian basketball club Cibona Zagreb, and the Republic of Argentina.
In addition to litigation, Mr. Kokhba serves as outside general counsel to select clientele advising on day to day operations, contracts, conflicts, crisis management, and strategic planning.
